Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Yoga Teacher at GuruNi30. The Yoga Teacher will be responsible for conducting yoga classes, primarily focusing on Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles. The day-to-day tasks will include teaching yoga poses and sequences, providing modifications for different levels of students, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and effectively communicating instructions and feedback to students.
Qualifications
- Yoga Instruction, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa skills
- Experience in teaching yoga and leading group classes
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for promoting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Ability to adapt and modify yoga postures for different levels and abilities
- Knowledge of anatomy and proper alignment in yoga poses
- Certification in yoga teaching is preferred
- Additional certifications in related fields such as meditation or nutrition are a plus
