You Will Be Primarily Responsible For

• Understanding Business Requirements, Objectives and Expectations
• Planning, Collaboration, Execution with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

You Should Be Well Versed with The Process Of

• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Business Process Mapping & Yardi Configuration
• Conducting design discussions and reviews
• Providing solutions to user queries and issues
• Conducting trainings

Expectations:

3-6 years of Yardi Experience as Technical Consultant, SQL Developer.

Responsible for developing complex custom reports in YSR, SQL Reports etc

Strong knowledge on notifications, email templates, tasks, data fixes, Workflows, EFT etc.

Expert level knowledge on SQL Server.

Interacting with end users to understand the technical requirement and propose appropriate feasible solution.

Complete knowledge on working of custom tables & ETLs.

Building custom validations / modifying standard hooks / custom functions.

Responsible for giving Technical Training to team members/End users.

Strong technical/functional knowledge on Yardi Voyager and its different modules especially Commercial/Residential

Should have good oral and written communication skills.

Should be good in documentation.

Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for Short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.

Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
