Job Description:
As an Xceptor Developer at [MindBrain Innovations], you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Xceptor. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Implementation:
- Design and develop automation workflows and solutions using Xceptor, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Implement data transformation, validation, and integration processes within the Xceptor platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xceptor applications and workflows.
- Collaboration:
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Xceptor solutions with other systems and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
- Maintenance & Support:
- Maintain and support existing Xceptor applications and workflows, including performing updates and optimizations.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Xceptor solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience working with Xceptor or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Xceptor components, including data transformations, rule definitions, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and technologies used within Xceptor (e.g., Xceptor Script, SQL).
- Experience with data integration, validation, and transformation processes.
- Familiarity with API integrations and other data exchange mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional automation tools or platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
