Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues
• Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable
• Perform other related duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
