Description

We are looking for a Payable Administrator to join our team for our upcoming Walkin Drive on 28th Jan in Vikhroli. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India, and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to carry out the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Processing of invoices, expense reports and other payables related documents
• Performing day-to-day accounts payable functions such as data entry, payment processing, and filing
• Assisting in month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payables transactions
• Preparing various reports and analyses related to payables as required
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of relevant experience in the job market context of India
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Shift timing - 6:30PM to 3:30AM
• Experience - 1 to 6 Years
