The Worksoft Certify QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications using Worksoft Certify automation tools. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.
- Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software requirements.
- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track their resolution in collaboration with the development team.
- Maintain and update test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of software.
- Develop and maintain test data and environments to support automated testing activities.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on test execution and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall software quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
- Proven experience with Worksoft Certify automation tool.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

- Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with SAP testing using Worksoft Certify.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP/UFT).
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
