Role Description

We are Seeking skilled and motivated Workshop Floor Manager role actually based on-site in Gurugram at GaadiFix. The Workshop Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, plan and coordinate with staffs, customer satisfaction, prepare reports on staff performance and issues arise during operations, monitor the quality of work produced, process improvement, managing the workshop staff, conducting training sessions, optimizing workflows, managing processes and maintaining a positive work environment.
