Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Works Manager at DriveX located in Coimbatore. As a Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Workshop center. This includes managing a team of mechanics, scheduling and coordinating service Vehicle, ensuring quality repairs and maintenance, and interacting with Demond Team to address their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a workshop
• Sound knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and repairs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Automobile engineering degree or relevant certification is a plus
