Job Description

Sivnaa is a workplace well-being company that helps businesses to open hidden possibilities through employee well-being, by making their employees younger, richer and happier so that they become energetic, effective and engaged.

We need a passionate team member for Workplace well-being B2B consultative Selling. The person should be;

- Passionate and practicing well-being as a subject

- Able to quickly understand the workplace well-being domain

- Research and also develop sales related content on workplace well-being

- Publish sales related newsletters, Linked posts and other sales related social platforms

- Quick to learn, understand and use Linked In Sales Navigator and other related platform for sales

- Confident to meet CXO's and leaders in the corporate industry

- Willing to travel for meetings in Mumbai and out of Mumbai (if required)

- Willing to accompany and support the corporate well-being events and workshops across India

- Collaborate with MICE industry for creating opportunities for well-being events at conferences/strategy meets

- Learn, understand and use CRM system and Sales Pipelines/Funnels

- Give inputs to adapt and pivot as per the demand of workplace well-being in the Industry

- Able to give Demos of digital well-being platform

- Document proposals, negotiate with clients and drive closure of sales

- Enthusiastic to work, have an entrepreneur mindset, should focus on both efficiency and effectiveness

- Have or develop qualities like perseverance, influencing skills, and negotiation skills

Training will be given on all the aspects but one must quickly adapt and should also be ready to learn by own.
