The Workplace Strategy Senior Analyst role, part of the Strategy and Workplace Experience team will play a crucial role in analysing data, identifying opportunities for improvements & support with the development of strategies to enhance workplace performance and employee experience across the Haleon Real Estate portfolio. This role will leverage financial, satisfaction, occupancy, operation & real estate information to draw on intelligence around our physical assets and provide recommendations for change.
nKey Responsibilities
- nConduct comprehensive analysis of workplace utilization data, including space utilization, occupancy patterns, and employee feedback.
- nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights related to workplace performance, employee engagement, and business requirements
- nIdentify trends and opportunities for optimizing workspace design, layout, and utilization to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- nDevelop and implement strategies in alignment with Haleons Hybrid @ Haleon principles.
- nEvaluate workplace technologies and tools to improve efficiency, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- nProvide recommendations and insights to Workplace Solutions based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- nStay abreast of emerging trends and research in workplace design, employee experience, and organizational culture.
- nPartner with stakeholders to facilitate change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of workplace strategies.
nQualifications & Skills:
nMinimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
nArea of Specialisation: Real-Estate/Facilities management, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
nMust Have:-
- n10+ years of Real-Estate/Facilities operational data & analytics experience
- nHands on Knowledge in workplace strategy, workplace design, corporate real estate, or related fields.
- nHands on Knowledge in data analysis tools and software (e.g, Microsoft Excel & Power BI)
- nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
- nExcellent communications skills including the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- nFamiliarity with workplace technology platforms and tools (e.g access control systems, occupancy sensors, survey software).
nGood to have: -
- nStrong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement.
- nClear understanding of business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks
- nSignificant experience working in a matrix (global/ regional) business environment.
- nStrong networking skills and a proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners
- nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple projects using project management skills
