Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that meet client requirements.
- 3D Development: Create detailed 3D models to visualize design concepts.
- Moodboards and Material Presentations: Prepare moodboards and presentations to communicate design ideas and material selections.
- Design Drawings/Documentation: Produce precise design drawings and documentation to support project execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in workplace design.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for detail in material application and sourcing.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) related services and project execution.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Innovation: Interest in exploring and utilizing design-related AI tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
