Joinery Expertise: Utilize your advanced joinery skills to oversee and participate in the creation, assembly, and installation of custom woodwork projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and supervise a team of joiners and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Quality Control:
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including inventory management, procurement of materials, and maintenance of equipment.

Experience:
