Job Summary:
As a Workforce Performance Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the performance and productivity of our staffing operations. This position involves optimizing staffing operations through rigorous performance analysis and improvement initiatives. This role involves evaluating KPIs across teams and accounts, and monitoring progress. You will prepare deviation metrics and provide monthly reports to management while facilitating performance discussions with Departmental Managers. You will be responsible for developing metrics and KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis:
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) on a team-wise and account-wise basis to assess performance against set goals.
Analyze actual versus targets to identify trends and performance gaps.
Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
Progress Monitoring:
Track and monitor progress on a weekly basis across teams, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Develop and prepare deviation metrics to highlight areas needing attention.
Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive performance reports for management on a monthly basis, summarizing team and individual performance.
Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Monthly Performance Calls:
Conduct monthly performance calls with Department/ Deputy Managers (DMs) to discuss team performance, individual contributions, and highlight any gaps.
Collaborate with DMs to develop action plans for performance improvement where necessary.
Process Improvement and collaboration:
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Work closely with recruitment teams to align performance objectives with business goals.
Foster open communication and collaboration across departments to drive performance enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in workforce performance management, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in workforce management or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of staffing industry trends and challenges.
Experience with performance management systems and methodologies.
