Job Title: MIS RTA Analyst
- Job Summary: Join our team as an MIS RTA Analyst, where you'll provide essential support in workforce management, data analysis, and performance reporting for our customer service voice process.
Manage forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time queue management.
- Analyze data to develop insights and manage SLA performance.
Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports.- Support the team with advanced analytics and trend analysis.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with workforce management systems (e.g., Verint, Genesys).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
