What you'll do
As a member of the Workforce Identity team, you will help the team manage the user lifecycle of all Docusign employees and contingent workers. The team is responsible for making sure that all internal users have the appropriate access to software and tools based on their job and responsibilities at Docusign. You will have the opportunity to work with our teams to help manage and maintain our identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, Okta, AWS, Azure AD, and various cloud-based SaaS applications.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Security Architect for Identity.
Responsibility
- Develop Python scripts to integrate with other systems and to automate identity and access management processes
- Assist with identity and access management tasks, including user lifecycle management and role-based access control (RBAC) policy definitions
- Provide operational support to both end users and other internal clients such as End User Support, Enterprise Applications, System Owners and People Operations for user lifecycle management and role-based access control (RBAC) projects
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective integration of identity and access management systems with other business applications
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT
- 5+ years of Experience in IT Operations or Software Development
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Strong automation attitude with a track record of automating tasks and workflows
- Flexibility for occasional off-hours and weekend work
Preferred
- Operational knowledge of Python
- Previous experience in systems access and systems administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience with any IAM Tool or Platform such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta, Sailpoint
- Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication abilities to explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical partners Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple tasks
- Familiarity with complex enterprise application environments, including integrations and customizations supporting diverse business processes
- Strong team collaboration skills alongside the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience in successful project execution, delivering complex IT projects within allocated timelines and budgets
