- Not more than 4-6 years of total IT experience having at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Workday ( Support Experienced Preferred ).
- Should have good knowledge in Learning Module or Success Factors (atleast some working knowledge)
- Knowledge in Workday functional modules includes
Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Recruiting and Performance Connection.
- Good communication skills
- Should be a quick learner to grasp various integrations and correlate
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
