Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Integration Technical Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design and Development:
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Cloud Platform.
- Translate business requirements into effective integration solutions.
System Analysis and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy and seamless functionality.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure integrations meet business needs.
- Communicate effectively to provide technical guidance and updates.
