Responsibilities
We are looking for a Workday Integration Engineer reporting to the Director Digital Transformation, P&C, creates and delivers scalable and impactful technology solutions for the People & Culture (HR) function. In this role you will be responsible for:
End-to-End Integration Ownership: Oversee and OWN the entire lifecycle of Workday integrations, from initial research to final delivery and support.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert on complex Workday integration scenarios and architecture.
Technical Design: Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, flow diagrams, and designs that align with project goals and technical requirements. Design solutions for optimum user experience.
Agile Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve integration issues through root cause analysis and proactive problem-solving.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives. Obsessively work to understand customer challenges and strive to exceed their expectations.
Data Flow Expertise: Understand and manage data flows between internal systems and Workday, driving system interoperability. Ensure data usage and access aligns with corporate data controls.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute robust test plans and scripts to deliver high-quality, bug-free integrations.
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday and must have hands-on experience in all Workday Tech Stack (PECI, PICOF, Studio, CCWs, RaaS and WWS)
- At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience and proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Workday integration projects
- 5+ years experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors, developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in Greenhouse and Dayforce and lead roll managing integrations and data migrations for 1+ HRIS platform installations
- Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience of ATS and HCM business processes (Eightfold, Phenom, etc.,)
