About the rolen

Gartner is looking for a well-rounded and motivated senior developer to join its HR Technology team which is responsible for developing web-based applications and integrations to support its HR Technology applications.n

What you will don

• Provide daily operational support for all the integrations in and out of Workday System.n
• Manage the production enhancements and new technical projects in HR technology.n
• Collaborate with HRIS, Business and IT/ extended technical teams to provide IT solutions to Business requirements.n
• Design applications/integrations and presents design to application leads/business for review.n
• Perform coding and/or configuration, unit test, and support UAT to meet documented needs, utilizing standard procedures and techniques.n
• Demonstrate understanding of application development methods, including agile and waterfall, as well as the fundamentals of requirement specifications, design, coding and testing of business applications systems.n
• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to workday integration architecture.n

What you will needn

Strong IT professional with 2-5 yrs of experience in managing integrations for HR Applications. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high ownership and accountability.n

Must haven

• 2+ yrs of relevant experience designing, building, and testing Workday integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefit providers.n
• Extensive experience with Workday integration tools i.e., XML, XSLT, Custom Reports, EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, and PECIn
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday integrations.n
• Experience in managing security for Workday.n

• Graduate/Post graduate in BE/Btech, ME/MTech or MCA is preferred.n
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.n
• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.n

• Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologiesn
