The Role:
Workday HCM-Techno Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Troubleshoot complex technical landscape including processes to facilitate smooth end user expe
- Uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service, or data to systems and improve onboarding.
- Identify gaps in current technology process and recommends changes to assure SLAs can be supported.
- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate resolution with users, app teams, and internal service groups.
- Assess changes for risk to onboarding process.
- Utilize root cause analysis to improve HRIT process including onboarding, offboarding , payroll and eaves.
- Build a network with various managers, technology, and business teams for two-way communication.
- Act as a technical analyst between business and technical resources to translate highly technical scenario into business terminology and business terminology and process to the technology team.
- Identify technical and process gaps in the current technology process and recommend changes and usability to assure SLAs can be supported.

- Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 +years of Workday HCM systems support techno-functional experience (Workday Core HCM, US Payroll, Time & Absence preferred)
- 2+ years of technology application management experience
- 2+ years of experience with leading/facilitating application production issues
- Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft HCM and/or knowledge of Human Resource data and terminol
- Exposure to Service Now - WF's ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment.
- Experience with SQL scripting including knowledge of relational databases.
