Workday Advance compensation consultant works closely with internal Business team.

4+ years of experience in Workday Advance compensation implementation / support projects

Expertise in Workday HCM Core, Advance Compensation, Reporting & Security module

Configure Workday Advance Compensation solution to meet the Business requirements.

Responsible for understanding new functionality and assisting business stakeholders in using Workday effectively and efficiently.

Manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
