Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have worked in at least 1 end to end Workday Finance Implementations with participation

from FDM to Final DA and sign off.

Should be a certified Workday Finance core Consultant. Highly desirable to have additional

certification in financial modules like Customer Contract, FA, Receivables etc. .

Demonstrate good operational understanding of Finance functions in terms of determining KPA's to

measure effectiveness

Good understanding of operational and Transactional Finance functions in terms of Configurations,

Operational Processes, Reporting Statutory / Informational/BI (E.g. Org. set up, Month end close

processes, Trial Balance, Balance sheet, Dashboards etc...)

Familiarity with Tableau , Creation of Excel Dashboards, ability to chunk and piece data together for

analysis is desired

Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment

Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences

Demonstrating working knowledge of Financial Data model, organization design, process design,

Industry updates, Compliance to relevant standards (GAAP, IFRS etc.).
