Job Summary
The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations various external systems. This includes troublesh ting of the issues reported by the HRIS/business users. Ti work with HRIS and business users to understand the requirements and translate these int scalable integra requires strong understanding of Workday integration technologies, analytical skills in fast paced environme Duties and Responsibilities

Own Workday Integrations and Reports.
Design, build, implement and support Workday integrations using EIB's, Connecters and Workday studi
Build custom reports and API's (REST and SOAP)
Document the requirement, integration design and solution
Design and build security groups for integration and %5 reports.
Ensure securities are accurately prouisiwned for the reports/users
Perform unit testing and suppert QA testing
Ensure data exchanged with the third-party is secure and compliant.
Work closely with the HRIS and business users t understand the paint points
Required Knowledge
Strong experience in Workday HCM.
Werking knowledge of the Werleday integration tools including EIBs, Cure Connecter and Workday Studi.
Rich experience in both Outbound and Inbound integrations.
Experience in developing custom API's (RaaS).
Knowledge of XML, XSLTS. Working experience of Workday public API's SOAP and
REST. Hands-on experience of Developer tools such as Studi.
Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI r its equivalent.
Strong Im wledge of calculated fields and security.
Must have excellent verbal/written communication, user Interaction,
