Experience in working Critical incidents on compensation and its related concepts.
Experience in resolving HCM/Compensation Issues, by analyzing and creating the calculation logics as per the business need.
Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including requirement gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Design and Testing
Participate in getting the Requirement gatherings for a new enhancement and proposing ideas to enhance the process.
Support deployment activities including involvement in implementation and hyper care related activities
Experience on HCM related topics for support incidents, good understanding in compensation and related topics, hire to Retire Business Process, supervisory organization and related module setups
Good understanding and expertise on configuration, impact and assessment of business process changes.
Good understanding of EIB loads and data conversion
Experience in handling on all business process related issues, including configuring the documents by creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts and Dashboards
Experience on handling Compensation configuration issues
Experience in Reporting (Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports) mainly on compensation/HCM reporting is added advantage
Experience in HCM/Compensation related Dashboards and Discovery Boards and Reporting oriented visual creation based on client requirements
