Role Name: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 12 Years

Location of Requirement: Bangalore

Candidate must possess the following especially in Workday Adaptive Planning in the Finance functional area which is the key requirement for this role.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning technology in both a design and development capacity
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing project teams
• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive Planning module.
• Experienced in solving complex business problems , documentation, and hands-on process improvement.
• Experienced in leading design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment for some tasks while being a self-starter and working independently for others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks.
