Responsibilities:
- Proactive Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor integration alerts and systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Identify and address issues promptly to prevent disruption in production.
- Incident and Error Management:

- Manage integration bugs and incidents reported internally or by business units.
- Integration Enhancements:
