GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workable HR Master to join our human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our recruitment processes using the Workable platform. Your expertise will help us attract top talent efficiently and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Utilize the Workable platform to create and manage job listings, track applications, and communicate with candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted job descriptions
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions
- Provide training and support to HR team members on using the Workable platform
- Stay updated with HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, particularly with the Workable platform
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance with employment laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, particularly applicant tracking systems
