Work as Work Winning Partner for the ME Client Expereince Team
Being a champion of our Ways of Working, taking a lead on training sessions to instil best practices
across the Business Units
Have a thorough understanding of the services offered by the Business Units, their Strategies and
Targets, to help to identify Clients and Opportunities.
Supporting through the End Game process and Prospect to Project Handover, working alongside
Prospect Leaders and Project Managers on the transfer of project knowledge and approach where
appropriate.
Supporting the delivery of prospects and assisting in post-submission activities to help convert
them to projects
To drive continuous improvements in the development of prospect documentation across the team
Chairing Business Unit calls and ensuring that prospects undergo the right levels of Governance (Go
/ No Go and Sign-off)
Facilitating Business Unit specific Prospect Data Collection, Reporting and Analysis to help drive key
decision
Work alongside Work Winning Lead and Client Directors across the Business Units to develop and
review BU's prospect portfolios
Assisting in managing a Business Unit's prospect portfolio
To lead major strategic proposals comfortably by developing technical strategies.
