Work Force Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Force Manager with 7-8 years of experience to lead our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian job market and be able to develop strategies that optimize our workforce to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
• Create and maintain accurate workforce forecasts to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement hiring and retention strategies
• Develop and manage schedules and staffing plans to ensure optimal coverage and utilization of resources
• Provide leadership and direction to the workforce management team
• Continuously evaluate and improve workforce management processes and tools

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 7-8 years of experience in workforce management in the Indian job market
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with workforce management software such as SAP, Workday, or Kronos
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
