- Planning Role Context: Staffing Resource will be responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling manpower requirement across initiatives.
- Administers staffing and resource plans to manage up and down scaling of resources.
- Manage the manpower planning cycle and plans in alignment with the Initiative's strategic directions on manpower management and growth to ensure that the workforce can be optimized to deliver on organizational priorities and the operating plan
- Harmonizes the manpower planning, working closely with Initiative Leader and Regional Heads and seconded consultants
- Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and established management processes through the development of guidelines, requirements and templates
- Develop and improve forecasting models using data analysis and statistical tools.
- Review, track and improve forecast data and hiring plan.
- Prepare and roll out optimal schedules for a given forecast data.
- Should be responsible for staffing, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations.
- This profile also includes performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
Role Responsibilities-What you need to do
- Gather and analyses data, using advanced staff planning and professional capacity utilization models and tools, to generate meaningful insights and drive actions on the initiative's existing and future workforce, to ensure that employees can be managed to deliver business results and value to patients
- Staff the WF and seconded consultants based on industry, competency, region/ location, SME persona, PMO needs and other considerations
- Effectively plan and monitor consultant's adherence to assigned schedule in terms of hours and deliverables, outputs and outcomes for both the SMEs and WA
- Institutionalize time management.
- Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly time sheet of daily time being used for consulting, PMO, Knowledge dissemination, Learning, implementation of transformation agenda, etc, staff leaves/ absence, lower or higher utilization, dynamically reallocating resources as per their competencies Running what-if scenarios for associate staffing and make proper use of tools
