Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for providing training to our employees on Workday Prism software. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Workday Prism and be able to deliver effective training sessions to individuals and groups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions to employees on Workday Prism software
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts
- Assist with the implementation of Workday Prism software
- Provide ongoing support to employees using Workday Prism software
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to Workday Prism software
- Collaborate with other trainers and HR professionals to ensure consistency in training programs
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in Workday Prism training
- Strong understanding of Workday Prism software
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with HR software is a plus
