Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search engine performance.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
Paid Advertising:
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Monitor campaign budgets, adjust targeting, and optimize for better ROI.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and emails.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
