Wordpress Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes

and plugins. They should have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content

management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement new features and functionality for WordPress websites.

2. Establish and guide the website's architecture to ensure high-performance and availability.

3. Ensure high-performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.

4. Develop custom themes and plugins based on project requirements.

5. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly

websites.

6. Conduct website performance tests and ensure responsive design.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

9. Manage website backup and security procedures.

10. Client Servicing & Coordination with team

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.

Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.

Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.

Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience with website optimization tools.

Familiarity with the WordPress theme and plugin development framework.

Understanding of front-end technologies including AJAX.

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
