Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement high-quality, responsive WordPress websites using best practices and industry standards.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that may arise during development or after website deployment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly development.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
