Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our web development team as a WordPress Developer. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of WordPress, web development principles, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of WordPress websites.

Theme Customization: Customize WordPress themes to meet the requirements of our clients and projects.

Plugin Management: Install, configure, and update WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.

Content Management: Update and manage website content using the WordPress content management system (CMS).

Website Optimization: Assist in optimizing websites for speed and performance.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to implement website features and improvements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of work processes, changes, and updates to websites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

o Basic knowledge of WordPress and its core functionalities.

o Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and PHP.

o Understanding of responsive design principles and techniques.

o Basic knowledge of at least one CSS framework (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind) and one JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js).

Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

o Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

o Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Any internship or project experience related to WordPress development.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices, familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic design skills using tools like Photoshop or Figma.
