Ravarem is seeking a talented WordPress Site Administrator with a strong understanding of WordPress core functionality, plugin development, and customization. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes to meet specific project requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom PHP utilities to meet specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress sites and plugins.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to existing PHP utilities critical to company operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with WordPress development, including plugin development and customization.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and APIs.
- Knowledge of web standards and best practices for accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Joomla.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of server administration and hosting environments.
