As a WordPress Developer at ProCreator Design Studio you will design and develop bespoke websites that enhance user experience and reflect brand identity. Your role will focus on creating custom themes, building plugins, and utilizing the Elementor builder to craft dynamic, visually compelling websites. Key Responsibilities -
- Theme Development & Customization: Build, customize, and modify WordPress themes to meet client specifications while ensuring seamless functionality and attractive design.
- Plugin Development & Customization: Develop and customize WordPress plugins to enhance site functionality, integrating systems such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
- WordPress REST API: Utilize WordPress REST API to create custom integrations and connect WordPress with external systems like mobile apps or third-party websites.
- Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WordPress issues, ensuring a smooth user experience and system stability. Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of code.
- Front-End Development: Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery to design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Database & Back-End Management: Manage back-end functionality using PHP and MySQL to create and maintain efficient and secure databases.
- Version Control (Git): Utilize Git for version control, managing code changes, and collaborating with the development team on new features and updates.
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for WordPress site performance, including page speed optimization and SEO strategies.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating custom WordPress themes and modifying existing ones.
- Experience developing or customizing WordPress plugins to expand functionality.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery in WordPress development.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging in WordPress environments.
- Understanding of WordPress REST API and experience with custom integrations.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with custom post types and taxonomies to organize site content.
