Wordpress Developer

WordPress Developers design and implement websites for companies using the WordPress creation tool. They are responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the implementation of themes and plugins. Their goal is to create attractive and user-friendly websites according to client specifications.

Responsibilities

Work on a WordPress installation, configuration, administration, security, and optimization

Work on WordPress themes, widgets, and plugin customizing and developing new WordPress themes, plugin, and widgets

Work on parent themes & caching systems (WP Super Cache)

Knowledge of various page builders like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer Website Builder

Knowledge of translations plugins like WPML

Knowledge of PSD to wordpress development

Work on common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Designing and implementing new features and functionality

Requirements

Good English Communication skills

Good skills of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery/Prototype and AJAX

Knowledge of common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

Quick learning skill & workaholic ethics
