WordPress Developer Intern

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow your web development skills by working on real-world WordPress projects. As a WordPress intern, you will collaborate with our developers and designers to build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites for various clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.

• Help maintain existing websites by troubleshooting issues, updating content, and optimizing performance.

Customize WordPress sites based on client needs and specifications.

• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized.

Collaborate with the design team to implement creative and functional website designs.

• Support in testing and debugging to ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

• Requirements:

Basic understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and basic functionality.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a bonus.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

• Familiarity with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
