Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. While this is an
unpaid internship, it offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, work closely with our dynamic team,
and make a significant impact on our start-up.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of WordPress-based websites and web applications using PHP.
Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and
deployment.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress and
PHP development.
Ensure that the WordPress websites are user-friendly, scalable, and maintainable.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to WordPress and PHP development.
Continuously improve the WordPress development process.
Qualifications
Understanding of software development life cycle and agile development methodologies.
Basic understanding of version control (Git).
Have relevant skills and interests.
Are available for a duration of 3 months.
Can start the internship immediately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a remote environment.
Note: This is an unpaid internship program, with a duration of 3 months, and will be conducted entirely remotely
(work from home).
