We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Developer having 3-5 years with knowledge of SEO principles and designing skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites that rank well on search engines and support our marketing objectives. This role involves developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and implementing effective online marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features and functionality for EZOFIS website, ensuring they are responsive, visually engaging, and optimized for conversions.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to the project requirements.- Conduct website performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO), improving visibility and rankings, incorporating best practices in keyword research, and content optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align website design and functionality with digital marketing strategies, including landing page creation for campaigns, lead generation forms, and call-to-action strategies.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest industry trends, content management systems, and web development technologies.- Ensure website security by implementing proper safety protocols and regularly updating software.
Provide insights on website analytics, user engagement metrics, and performance indicators to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating marketing-related presentations, showcasing website features, and digital campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.- Experience with PHP and knowledge of back-end development and MySQL.
Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and online marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for creating designs and marketing collaterals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
