Make sure the website is functionally, up-to-date, search engine friendly and optimised
- Managing delivery and experience in the client meeting
Understand UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.- Research different web design concepts for inspiration and concepts
Do proper Quality assurance before delivery of project
- Update the status of the projects based on the progress and timeline using the Project Management Tool
Documentation and process of the IT department- Overseeing the IT team's routine operations and tasks.
Managing client AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) requirements.
- Facilitating effective communication with clients and vendors.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical bugs related to servers.
