Job Title: WordPress Developer

• Job Description:

We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress CMS, its architecture, themes, plugins, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of our WordPress websites.

• Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress-based websites.

• Customizing and extending existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Optimizing websites for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Performing website maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security enhancements.

• Troubleshooting and resolving website issues and bugs.

Conducting WordPress training sessions for clients and team members as needed.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Requirements:

Proficient understanding of WordPress CMS, its core principles, and best practices.

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Bonus Skills:

Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Joomla.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.

• Experience with web hosting environments and server configurations.

Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
