We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, as well as proficiency in SQL for database management. The ability to work with React.js and C# is a plus, enhancing the versatility of our development projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes to meet client requirements.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities in WordPress plugins.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of WordPress sites.
- Manage all technical aspects of the WordPress CMS.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites and their components.
- Optimize website performance, including database optimization using SQL.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Theme Development: 1-2 years of strong experience in creating and customizing WordPress themes from scratch, ensuring responsive and user-friendly design.
- Plugin Development: 1-2 years of strong experience in developing custom WordPress plugins to extend site functionality.
- SQL: 0-1 year of strong experience in SQL for database management, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
Good to Have Skills
- React.js: Experience with React.js for developing dynamic user interfaces and integrating with WordPress.
- C#: Familiarity with C# for backend development and integration purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Solid experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with website architecture and best practices in WordPress development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own laptop with good configuration suitable for development tasks.
