Experience: 3+ years
Education: Engineering EEE / EC / EE (only ELECTRICAL candidates)
Qualifications:
Key result areas:
- Wiring harness design including Schematics, 3D DMU, 2D drawings
- Defining power distribution, ground, fusing scheme
- Defining DVP requirements
- Preparation of PDU SOR, Selection of Wiring harness components
- Conducting DFMEA for Wiring harness design
- Managing and having design in line with DFM, DFA, DFS requirements
- Co-ordinating with Purchase dept. for development activities
- Meeting Cost, quality and timeline targets
- RCA for Build/Validation issuesle & Product developments
Software Exposure:
- NX
- Zuken
- Automotive Harness Design & Testing standards
- PLM tools like TC
