As a Senior Identity System QA Engineer at Truu, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our identity platform. You will be responsible for building and integrating server infrastructure, creating test plans, analyzing bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement.
Description of Duties:
Develop comprehensive test plans, technical specifications, and work instructions to identify any issues with TruU Windows software before product launch.
Identify, analyze, and document bugs found during testing, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Coach team members on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement.
Develop new tests, run tests, and document results, collaborating with software developers to patch any defects found.
Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Controllers, AD Group Policies, Azure Connect, and Okta Sync.
Configure, manage, add, delete, and change user/groups/computers in Okta, Google Cloud Directory (GCD), Azure AD, and Active Directory (AD).
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in a large AD environment, coordinating technical efforts and resolving issues across multiple teams.
Participate in technical meetings with other engineering groups to implement and support team initiatives.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of testing work experience, including system engineering knowledge.
5+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Management platforms and governance, including single sign-on (SSO), Zero Trust Architecture, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning (Okta, Azure AD).
Experience in integrating AD, AAD, Okta, GCD source directories (at least one is a must).
Sophisticated knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server 2019 or newer, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Foundational to advanced proficiency with SCCM.
