- Promptly respond to WhatsApp inquiries from potential patients with accurate information and personalized assistance .
- Provide empathetic support to individuals seeking information about fertility services, treatment options, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams, including patient coordinators and medical staff, to address inquiries that require specialized assistance or further follow-up
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions with patients, including inquiries, responses, and any relevant follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and privacy regulations in all interactions and information management
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the WhatsApp support process, proposing and implementing improvements as needed Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update resources, such as FAQs and educational materials, to enhance the quality and consistency of responses Stay informed about advancements in fertility treatments, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to patients
