In accordance with your demands, we provide individualized mentoring and tailored admission support, including premium services.

• Location

Remote (Bangalore based)

• Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective leads to spark interest in our offerings and to introduce ourselves.

• Follow up with the leads to make sure they are satisfied and to handle any issues.

Work together to accomplish goals with the counselling team.

• Develop strong bonds with both new and current leads.

Determine the needs of the leads and make a thorough note.

• Keep thorough records in our CRM system of all interactions and sales.

• Requirements:

Must Have Laptop + Headset + Stable internet

• Proven track record in tele calling or related sales and customer support positions.

Outstanding verbal communication abilities combined with a kind and professional attitude.

• Goal-oriented and persuasive, having a history of hitting or beyond sales goals.

Good at Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
