Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in managing warehouse operations with a proven track record of success. This position is based in India.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal warehouse operations
- Ensure all goods are stored, handled, and shipped safely and efficiently
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-12 years of experience in warehouse management
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems
- Ability to analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Experience with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
