Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
• 7-11 years of experience in well engineering
• Experience in well design, construction, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of well completion systems
• Ability to analyze and interpret well performance data
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of local and international oil and gas regulations and standards
